• Access to a furnished office for a fixed number of days per month
• Provision of full feature telephone facilities (line rentals and call usage re-charged at cost)
• Reception services, all calls answered in client’s name
• Facsimile facilities (call usage re-charged at cost)
• Photocopy facilities (re-charged at cost)
• Daily mail delivery and collection from Hamilton Post Office
• Receptionist arranges all ‘By Hand’ deliveries within City of Hamilton
• Receptionist arranges courier pick-ups and deliveries
• Company name displayed on Ground Floor building directory board
• Tea, coffee, kitchen facilities and bottled water
• Basic broadband Internet access
• Access to conference room facilities (4 hours per month usage included in monthly fee / additional usage billed at discounted internal rate)

Additionally, as a full service management company, we offer at charge:

• On-site access to exclusive secretarial and administrative services
• On-site access to bookkeeping and accounting support staff
